About Hathum Hamam

As a Charlotte, North Carolina native, I called the Queen City “home” for many years. Because I have had the pleasure of spending most of my life in Charlotte, I have developed a significant understanding of the real estate market in and around the surrounding area.In addition to my understanding of Charlotte’s real estate market, I have developed a reputation as a determined agent. Indeed, I assure all of my clients that I will provide unmatched service by working tirelessly to help them achieve their personal and business needs.My prior experience also provides a significant benefit to my real estate practice. Specifically, before joining Costello REI, I attended Appalachian State University, where I received a Bachelor of Science in business management. After graduating, I worked in the financial industry, which increased my knowledge of business and investing.
